Dr. Rajiv Ranjan is a Veteran Strategist, Constituted Attorney, Corporate US Patent Practitioner and Advance Patent Agent, Veteran Computer Scientist, Serial Disruptive Innovator, Domain-Agnostic Subject Matter Expert (SME) and had/has been a strategic adviser to various corporate and academic institutions including MNCs, like Schneider Electric, mySkin-Partly Invested by Evonik, Altran, PowerSquare, Silabtech (now Silicon&Beyond)-Acquired by Synopsys, Pangea3-Acquired by Thompson Reuters, Inventurus-A Captive Cost Center of Haynes & Boone, LLP, Standard & Poor’s (S&P’s) Corporate Value Consulting - McGraw-Hill, India Accelerator, WNS Global, etc. in various areas including high-end technologies, marketing, finance, law and IP. Besides, Rajiv is also advisor to international investors and board of directors of various companies and also an advanced technology, innovation and investment intermediary.

Dr. Rajiv was handpicked/nominated by Late Prof. Dr. T. Vishwanathan, Ex-Director General of Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), Serial Author - Theory of Boolean Switching, PHI, and Chairperson European Organization for Nuclear Research (or Conseil européen pour la recherche nucléaire) (CERN), Geneva and delivered sessions on Compiler Design/Automata Language Control/Parallel Computing/Theory of Boolean Switching for, or on behalf of, the Ex-Director General of CSIR as well as mentored Senior Management Team from World Bank in Sri Lanka.

 Dr. Rajiv in the past has served as IPR & R&D Advisor to Acacia Research Corporation, Silabtech-Synopsys, Indian National Scientific Documentation Center (INSDOC), now National Institute of Science Communication and Information Resources (NISCAIR), a Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) Lab of Government of India, South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) Documentation Center (SDC), Associateship In Information Science (AIS)-CSIR, Track’Em AU, Schneider Electric, mySkin-Partly Invested by Evonik, Altran, PowerSquare, Motorola Laboratory, and many more. 

Dr. Rajiv has solo- or co-ideated, co-invented, drafted, filed, prosecuted, asserted and enforced more than 8000 advanced and complex technology patent applications. He is a multi-skilled professional with extensive knowledge in Technology, Patents, Trademarks, Investments, Licensing, Strategy and Branding. He is world class expert in various technologies including IoT, Blockchain, Quantum Positioning, Quantum Cryptography, Quantum Computing, Cloud Computing, Robotics, Cryptocurrency, SAAS, SOA, NB-IoT, LORA, Bio-Signal Processing, Biomechanics, Biophysics and others. He is positioned among top 1% profile on LinkedIn and well connected with and professionally advised CEOs/CTOs of various MNCs, scientists, bureaucrats, and investors.

Dr. Rajiv have had the opportunity to serve world’s largest EPC contractor Caltech based in UK in connection with techno-legal and techno-market work. Dr. Rajiv has also drafted/developed patent applications for Nvidia Germany. He has also drafted/developed patents for Intel for multiprocessor QUAD architecture. In addition, he has drafted/developed patents for Adobe, Sony, LG, Symantec - Veritas, Cubic Defense Systems (Gemalto), Applied Materials, Dolphin Medical, Newport Corporation, Yahoo - Verdisoft, Rapiscan, Raytheon, OSI Fibercom - UDT Sensors and several other small, mid and large size firms. He has also represented our client [pro se legal representation and as Constituted Attorney] against Merchant and Gould, P.C. in a trademark opposition case in TTAB for, or on behalf of, mySkin, Inc.

Dr. Rajiv recently has gotten high-value patents and trademarks/service marks granted for mySkin, Inc., PowerSquare Inc., Zestle, Twinvaves Technologies Private Limited, mySkin, d.o.o., Sicontech, Silabtech, Track’Em and many more. He has in the past enforced our client’s brands “mySkin” against North Eastern University, Skin & Cancer Foundation, Inc., UrbanOrca and “PowerSquare” against Jack Dorsey’s Square, Inc. He recently was successful in getting the decision of Examiner reversed in a hearing before an esteemed panel of administrative judges of the PTAB, USPTO in a long-standing pending complex patent matter of mySkin, Inc. He was also recently invited as an advisory member of a 12-member advisory panel for drafting/development of AI Policy Framework for the United States USPTO.
